HOW TO MEASURE
Foot length
Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Mark the end of your longest toe, measure from the wall to the mark and repeat for the other foot.
Fit across the foot
Allow room for your toes. If you wear thicker socks with boots, measure while wearing those socks.

Complete the look
Suede trainers
Suede is leather with its inner surface brushed to a soft, velvety nap. On a trainer it gives a relaxed, lived-in look that sits as easily with tailored trousers as with denim.
Brush the nap gently between wears and protect it before rain to keep the colour even.
How a trainer comes together
Every good pair starts with the material and the pattern.
Selecting the hide
Suppleness and grain are checked by hand before a hide is used.
Cutting
Each part of the upper is cut from the hide following a pattern, working around natural marks.
The parts
A single trainer is built from many small pieces, each marked for stitching.
Stitching
The pieces are joined on a post-bed machine, so the seams can follow the curve of the shoe.
Shaping
The upper is pulled over a last — the form that gives a shoe its fit and shape.
Finished
Sole attached, edges cleaned — a pair ready to be worn in.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Free standard delivery takes an estimated 9–12 working days from order confirmation; Express takes 3–7 working days and is available at checkout. Every order is tracked.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Import charges are covered by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders may be shipped from outside your country through our fulfilment partners. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
How do returns work?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, and we pay the return postage. Items should be unworn, with tags. Email support@satriandco.com to start a return.
