Waist
Wrap a tape measure around your natural waist, keeping it level and comfortably close to the body.
Inside leg
On a pair of trousers that fits, measure from the crotch seam to the hem along the inside leg.
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape level.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Free standard delivery takes an estimated 9–12 working days from order confirmation; Express takes 3–7 working days and is available at checkout. Every order is tracked.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Import charges are covered by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders may be shipped from outside your country through our fulfilment partners. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
How do returns work?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, and we pay the return postage. Items should be unworn, with tags. Email support@satriandco.com to start a return.
