HOW TO MEASURE
Foot length
Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Mark the end of your longest toe, measure from the wall to the mark and repeat for the other foot.
Fit across the foot
Allow room for your toes. If you wear thicker socks with boots, measure while wearing those socks.

Complete the look
Suede
Suede is leather turned and buffed from the inside to reveal a fine, velvety nap. Much of our suede footwear uses supple sheep suede from one of Europe’s leading tanneries, gently vegetable-tanned and finished with an oil blend for a soft, low sheen.
Lighter and more pliable than calf suede, it moulds to the foot for a glove-like fit. Brush it gently and protect it before rain.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Free standard delivery takes an estimated 9–12 working days from order confirmation; Express takes 3–7 working days and is available at checkout. Every order is tracked.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Import charges are covered by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders may be shipped from outside your country through our fulfilment partners. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, and we pay the return postage. Items should be unworn, with tags. Email support@satriandco.com to start a return.
