Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026. SATRI & CO. is operated by IG COMPANY STORE DIGITAL LLC in the United States and serves customers in the United Kingdom. Products may be fulfilled by third-party partners and may be shipped from outside the UK. Our US business address is not a UK warehouse or a default returns address.

Processing and delivery estimates

Our current processing estimate is 1–3 working days from payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Our current estimated delivery time to the UK is 7–15 working days after dispatch, giving an estimated total of 8–18 working days from payment confirmation. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Any more specific delivery estimate, shipping method and shipping charge applicable to your order will be presented during checkout. Please contact us before ordering if checkout information differs from this policy.

UK shipping methods and charges

We offer two shipping options for eligible UK orders: Standard Delivery is free (£0.00), and Express Delivery costs £4.99. You can select your preferred available option at checkout. The final shipping option and its charge are shown before you pay. Express delivery timeframes must be checked against the estimate displayed at checkout; selecting Express does not change our order-processing period unless explicitly stated during checkout. If no delivery option is displayed for your address or basket, we cannot accept that order.

Taxes and import charges

International fulfilment may be subject to customs processes. Applicable taxes, delivery fees and any additional import-related charges payable by you should be clearly displayed or explained before purchase where required. If any total cost is unclear, contact support@satriandco.com before ordering.

Tracking, delays and non-delivery

We will send dispatch confirmation and tracking when available. If an order is delayed, missing or marked delivered but not received, email support@satriandco.com with your order number and any tracking details. We will investigate with the fulfilment provider and provide any remedy required by applicable law. A carrier tracking entry alone does not remove your statutory rights.

Change-of-mind returns and statutory cancellation

We offer a voluntary return-request window of 30 days after delivery for eligible products. Where UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, then have a further 14 days after notifying us to return the goods. The voluntary 30-day offer does not reduce those statutory rights. Any lawful statutory exceptions will be explained where relevant.

Tell us clearly by email that you wish to cancel or return the goods. We will reply with instructions and the correct return destination. Do not send goods to our US business address unless we specifically confirm it for your return. Under our voluntary return offer, please keep goods in their original condition with tags and packaging where reasonably possible. These voluntary conditions do not prevent you from examining goods as you could in a shop or exercising your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of sending goods back unless we agree otherwise. We will identify the applicable return address and available postage options before you dispatch your return. We do not charge an undisclosed restocking fee. For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, contact us before returning them so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and meet our obligations concerning reasonable return costs.

Refund amount and timing

For a statutory cancellation, we will refund the item price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery service you paid for. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will then issue the refund within 14 days using your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Lawful deductions may apply for handling that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods as you would in a shop. Extra costs of an optional premium delivery service need not be refunded except where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.

For a voluntary return outside the statutory cancellation period, we will explain the relevant return conditions and normally refund the eligible item price after receiving and checking the returned item.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods

Contact support@satriandco.com with your order number and a description of the issue; photos may help. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund. Your statutory rights are not limited by our voluntary 30-day window or by a sale label.

Cancellation before dispatch

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, your applicable statutory cancellation and return rights remain available.
