Products may be fulfilled by third-party partners and may be shipped from outside the UK. Our US business address is not a UK warehouse. The return destination is the business address stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy; request our prepaid return label and instructions before sending an item.

UK delivery options and estimates

Standard Delivery is free (£0.00), with estimated delivery in 9–12 working days from order confirmation. Express Delivery costs £4.99, with estimated delivery in 3–7 working days from order confirmation. These estimates include order processing and transit, exclude weekends and applicable public holidays, and are not guaranteed arrival dates. The available option, price and estimate for your basket and delivery address are shown at checkout before payment. If no delivery option is displayed, we cannot accept that order.

Taxes and import charges

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, SATRI & CO. is responsible for applicable import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance and other import charges. You will not be required to pay import charges to the carrier on delivery. The product price and any selected shipping charge shown before payment are the total amounts payable by you for your order. If a carrier requests an import payment, contact support@satriandco.com with your order number and the request so we can resolve it; do not pay an unexpected charge without contacting us.

Tracking, delays and non-delivery

We will send dispatch confirmation and tracking when available. If an order is delayed, missing or marked delivered but not received, email support@satriandco.com with your order number and any tracking details. We will investigate with the fulfilment provider and provide any remedy required by applicable law. A carrier tracking entry alone does not remove your statutory rights.

Change-of-mind returns and statutory cancellation

We offer a voluntary return-request window of 30 days after delivery for eligible products. Where UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order, then have a further 14 days after notifying us to return the goods. The voluntary 30-day offer does not reduce those statutory rights. Any lawful statutory exceptions will be explained where relevant.

Tell us clearly by email that you wish to cancel or return the goods. We will reply with a prepaid return label or collection instructions. Under our voluntary return offer, please keep goods in their original condition with tags and packaging where reasonably possible. These voluntary conditions do not prevent you from examining goods as you could in a shop or exercising your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Return postage

SATRI & CO. pays return postage for eligible change-of-mind returns and for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Contact us before sending an item so we can provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection at our expense. You do not have to pay return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee. If a prepaid option is unavailable for your location, contact us before dispatch and we will arrange another return method at our expense.

Refund amount and timing

For a statutory cancellation, we will refund the item price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery service you paid for. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will then issue the refund within 14 days using your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Lawful deductions may apply for handling that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods as you would in a shop. Extra costs of an optional premium delivery service need not be refunded except where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.

For a voluntary return outside the statutory cancellation period, we will explain the relevant return conditions and normally refund the eligible item price after receiving and checking the returned item.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods

Contact support@satriandco.com with your order number and a description of the issue; photos may help. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund. Your statutory rights are not limited by our voluntary 30-day window or by a sale label.

Cancellation before dispatch

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, your applicable statutory cancellation and return rights remain available.
