Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level.
Shoulder
Lay a similar garment flat and measure from one shoulder seam to the other.
Sleeve
Measure from the shoulder seam to the cuff on a garment that fits you well.
Length
Measure down the centre back from the base of the collar to the hem.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Free standard delivery takes an estimated 9–12 working days from order confirmation; Express takes 3–7 working days and is available at checkout. Every order is tracked.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Import charges are covered by us, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders may be shipped from outside your country through our fulfilment partners. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, and we pay the return postage. Items should be unworn, with tags. Email support@satriandco.com to start a return.
