Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY – MURV

At Murv, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a simple and transparent process.

1. RETURNS

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and original packaging.
• Certain items are excluded from returns, such as gift cards, promotional items, and Final Sale products.

2. RETURN PROCESS

2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation.
3. Send the item back to us using the return address provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.

3. REFUNDS

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.

4. EXCHANGES

• Exchanges for a different size or colour are available, subject to availability.
